Oppo’s Find X7 Ultra offers lightning-fast hardware thanks to its Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, with its 6.82-inch AMOLED display boasting QHD+ resolution (3168×1440 pixels and capable of reaching peak brightness levels up to 4500 cd/m2). Furthermore, HDR content and Oppo ProXDR tech are supported for optimal viewing experience.
Hasselblad and Phase One collaborated on creating their flagship quad main camera system, featuring four 50MP sensors with two periscope zoom cameras for superior optical zoom capabilities and low light performance, along with natural bokeh effect and outstanding optical zoom capabilities.
Design aside, the phone’s design is sleek and refined. Gorilla Glass Victus protection up front should keep it free from scratches and cracks while its IP68 rating provides dust and water resistance comparable with most flagship smartphones. Telephoto lenses offer excellent levels of detail even at intermediate zoom settings while image fusion at 1x and 3x telephoto zoom settings produces noticeable artifacts – nonetheless making its camera system competitive with rival models.
OPPO Find X7 Ultra Battery
The Find X7 Ultra stands out with an exceptional battery. Under typical web browsing, its run time surpassed 20 hours, even beating that of Google Pixel 8 Pro in our benchmark tests. When looped HD videos are being watched non-stop on loop, its runtime exceeds 32 hours!
OPPO’s internal cooling system effectively dissipates heat, enabling its Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor to run at full speed without overheating, and its vibration motor provides satisfying and reassuring feedback when entering information through capacitive touchscreen input.
Contrasting with Apple and Samsung, which dominate US carrier rosters, OPPO Find X7 Ultra boasts world-class hardware that would make it a worthy contender in markets where it was available. Unfortunately, though, its availability is currently limited solely to China; importation can be challenging; though its enjoyable experience remains. While you could enjoy using either device – though perhaps OnePlus 12 Ultra offers superior experience for similar pricing – Find X7 Ultra does hold an edge when it comes to cameras!

Oppo has long been known for providing premium software experiences on its flagship phones, and the Find X7 Ultra continues this trend by featuring an incredible 5000mAh battery, 4G LTE and 5G network support, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support, Color OS based on Android as well as a dedicated security chip and privacy-minded VIP slider that quickly silences phone or disables camera microphone and location services with one swipe.
