Triumph | Chronomat B01 42

Breitling’s Chronomat line of watches has long been one of its signature products. Initially created for an aerobatic demonstration squadron within the Italian Air Force called Frecce Tricolori, these chronographs combine functionality and luxury. Beginning this summer, authorized dealers will start receiving Super Bowl LVIII Edition watches featuring solid 18k gold construction that directly competes with aviation-inspired chronographs like Rolex Daytona. Furthermore, this particular model honors longtime Breitling Brand Ambassador Boomer Esiason with proceeds going to support cystic fibrosis research via Boomer Esiason Foundation donations from sales of each watch sale going towards funding cystic fibrosis research efforts.

The 42 mm case is paired with either a metal or rubber Rouleaux bracelet, featuring simple dials with contrasting 3-6-9 subregister layouts and an aperture at 6 o’clock for date display. Powered by Breitling’s in-house Manufacture Caliber 01 (COSC chronometer).

This Triumph Thruxton FE Special Edition brings together modern capability with classic style, as well as its Bonneville heritage, in one striking package. The performance-oriented 1,200cc Bonneville twin engine delivers 103 horsepower at 7,500rpm and 82.6 foot-pounds of torque at 4,250rpm – perfectly complementing its Showa Big Piston front fork and dual Ohlins rear shocks that create an extremely capable modern classic ride.

Triumph | Thruxton TFC

Triumph first announced their TFC (Triumph Factory Custom) division at this year’s dealer meeting and promised that each limited-edition model would feature amenities that were far above those found in its regular lineup. The Thruxton TFC follows this promise with its own distinctive set of features which combine to form a modern classic cafe racer.

Starting off, the Thruxton TFC will be limited to only 750 examples numbered individually, and feature premium TFC badging, special instrument faces with gold detailing, and an incredible billet machined aluminum top yoke featuring an engraved plaque bearing this mark of distinction. Each bike will also come complete with an individual handover pack including a signed certificate from Triumph CEO Nick Bloor as well as personalized books about it and bespoke bike covers tailored specifically for them.

On the mechanical front, the upgrades of Thruxton TFC bring with them 10 horsepower more than its regular sibling thanks to a host of engine modifications. Lighter engine components and higher compression ratio are designed to enhance motor feel, while exhaust system upgrades with titanium Vance and Hines silencers add further refinement to this modern classic bike. Other notable updates include Ohlins NIX30 forks with remote reservoir shocks from Ohlins as well as Brembo radial master cylinder. Overall this modern classic produces truly spectacular modern classic with throaty burble on tickover along with British power and torque in abundance!

Triumph | Speed Triple 1200 RR
